Went out at 11pm after an intense storm blew through Austin. It is ROT (Republic of Texas) weekend. Bikers (motorcycles) from all over Texas descend on Austin. I figured that after a storm like that, there would be less pedicabbers and more people who don't want to walk because it is wet. One ride so far...we'll see what happens...
